For other insurance carriers, please consult your benefits plan about your out-of-network coverage for mental health services. When using your out-of-network benefits, payment is due in full (according to the fee schedule below) at the time of service. When possible, I will submit electronic claims on your behalf to your insurance company, and you will be reimbursed by your carrier per your plan's out-of-network benefits. When not possible to submit an electronic claim, or if you prefer, I will provide a document you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement for the amount determined by your insurance plan.

If you do not have insurance benefits or choose not to use them, session fees are (as of 1/1/2023):
Initial Evaluation (90791; 55-60 Minutes) $225
Individual Psychotherapy Session (90837; 53-60 Minutes) $180
*Couples Therapy Session (55-60 Minutes) $180 (Out of pocket only)
*Couples Therapy Session (75 - 90 Minutes) $250 (Out of pocket only)
Late Cancellation/Missed Appointment Fee $80
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, check, credit, debit, and HSA cards.
*Couples therapy and routine, extended individual sessions (75-90 min) are not covered by insurance.
**Fees are the same for in-person and telehealth. If using insurance for an applicable service, check your insurance plan to confirm whether you are covered for telehealth services.
